Valdur continues to nurture the next generation of spiritual leaders through Chord’s Initiatives, striving for the ICOC to remain a vibrant and impactful community for the future.

For almost 40 years Chris has shaped ministries across multiple countries, contributing to church planting, training leaders, and fostering spiritual growth. Through his leadership in the West Africa Missions, Chris has been a driving force in church planting and leadership training. As a Catalyst Team Member with the ICOC and as the Director of the Schools of Missions, he has played a key role in global mission efforts. Christian’s vision for the future includes expanding church networks and continuing to train impactful leaders who will build sustainable ministries across the globe.

Through his leadership, Dr. Kinnard has mentored church leaders, shaped theological education, and fostered a culture of collaborative, team-based ministry. Honored with the Teacher of Teachers Award in 2024, he has been instrumental in training leaders across Africa, South Asia, and the Nordic region. As the Women’s Training Coordinator at NEOSOM West Africa and Director of Schools of Missions at CHORD Leadership Center, Rolayo continues to equip leaders with biblical knowledge to lead effectively and create lasting spiritual growth. -

He’s committed to helping churches grow to maturity through collaboration and creative problem-solving.

Lucie also has experience with Hope Worldwide and holds a Bachelors of Science from Radford University. Lucie contributes greatly to the Young Professionals ministry in Paris where she continues to make a significant impact in both her professional and volunteer work.
